Brian has been a certified personal trainer for 20 years working with all level of athletes as well as beginners and special populations.
He also works case by case with chiropractors to help the rehabilitation of their patients. For 11yrs he has worked as an Occupational Therapist in Post Trauma / Post Surgical Pain Management; specializing in cardiac and neuro rehabilitation.
According to Brian, “Wellness is a state of wellbeing. Your wellbeing is our mission. As a Personal Trainer, I do not believe that anyone has to experience more discomfort. Daily progression is key to a better mind and body. One must first realize what needs to change to become healthier. It is my mission to get you there.”
In this month’s class, Brian will be teaching about how the body heals after injury and surgery. He will be focusing specifically on regaining core strength, stability, and balance.
