Get Movin’ in 2018

At Body Logic, the theme for 2018 is to Get Movin’! We are going to focus and encourage our clients, patients, friends, and family to increase their physical activity levels to improve health. As a general population, we have become more sedentary and it’s affecting our health. Here are just a few reasons why we should increase our activity levels…
