Kinesiology Taping

Founded by Dr. Kenzo Kase in 1979, kinesiology taping involves the use of elastic tape to various parts of the body. The taping process is designed to support the affected area while allowing for continued movement of the body part through a full range of motion. It can decrease muscle spasms in affected muscle groups, and increases circulation to dysfunctional areas to speed recovery from injuries. This treatment helps patients experience less pain while recovering from hamstring injuries, tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, and many other common complaints.
