Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake
2 scoops SP Complete (any variety)
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
*for thicker shake add 3-4 ice cubes*
Directions
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Banana Romaine Shake
1 cup water, unsweetened coconut milk, or unsweetened hemp milk
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
2 scoops SP Complete (any variety)
1 frozen banana
1 1/2 cups (packed) romaine lettuce leaves, chopped
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
*for thicker shake, add 3-4 ice cubes*

Blend all ingredients until smooth
