In this pink sangria recipe, we’ve skipped the added sugar and used sparkling pink wine, elderflower liqueur and tons of fresh fruit and mint to create a delicious, yet healthy cocktail.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup elderflower liqueur, such as St. Germain
- 3 cups cubed watermelon
- 1/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 750-mL bottle sparkling rosé
- Ice
Preparation
- Combine liqueur, watermelon and mint in a large pitcher. Refrigerate until cold, 3 to 4 hours. Just before serving, stir in rosé. Serve over ice.
Tips & Notes
- Make Ahead Tip: Refrigerate for up to 12 hours. Stir in seltzer just before serving.
